Today I finally decided to discontinue the possibilty to submit urls of pages made for ZNC browser. 
More and more porn and small design companies found the way to this page because of it's high google 
rank and used it as advertising page for their products. It is highly probably that this is a reason why 
the last sincere piece for ZNC was from march this year. Now and then I moderated the adds out but 
in time they came more and more. The last 6 days I had over 407 pages submitted by 21 persons 
doing up to between 10 and 40 times the same message, this all to get their urls higher in Google. 
Personally I think this new advertising tactics (like submitting urls to unmoderated pages) will in the
end kill of a lot of popular net art works, like spam to mailinglists the only thing you can do about it
at the moment is moderate and moderate or seek for another solution.   

Persons who still are interested in submitting a special ZNC page are welcome to mail me and I will put 
them up.
